The cover and back cover of my sketchbook represents my personality. Both are extremely colorful, with patches of flowers, sunshine, hearts, a rainbow, etc. People describe me as fun, caring, energetic and adventurous, and I wanted my cover to focus on those qualities as well.

Sketchbook

My Sketchbook is a place where I am able to draw/write all of my thoughts and feelings. Whether it is a simple doodle or assignment from my Ceramics teacher, I enjoyed creating every piece in my sketchbook. Throughout this year, there have been certain sketchbook pages I have drawn or written that have inspired me and/or have acted as inspiration for my way of living.

This is an inspirational quote I  wrote in my sketchbook. Personally, I like to takes risks and live life to the fullest, so I liked this quote. The hot air balloon makes me feel as though the possibilities in my life are endless.

This page was written by me to describe "Ten things I know to be True." The sayings are all little things I remember in life to be happy, loving and caring to those around me.

This page shows an aspect of my life that brings me the most joy. For nine years I have been attending a sleep away camp every summer, and have made best friends from all over the country. The morals and life lessons I learned in the Adirondacks impacted my childhood and shaped me into the person I have become. It is a place no one will understand unless they experience it - how special and close to my heart Camp Echo Lake is. I am forever grateful.

This page is a poem made up of all random words cut from magazines. I wanted to try to create a poem that was motivational in my life and expressed my feelings. This poem is something I can look back on and smile as I read it, and it inspires me every time I do.
